CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 72 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours, we will charge up to 50% of your service charge as cancellation fee, which will be added to your next bill, or taken from your card as stated on our booking system.
CANCELLATION
Please understand that if you do not give enough notice when cancelling or you forget your appointment, we will miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our stylists work hard to keep their schedules busy and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
NEW CLIENTS
If you have not received a colour service with us before, you will be required to pay a £20 deposit at your colour consultation which will come off your final bill. If you cancel your appointment in line with our cancellation policy, you'll get your deposit back in full.
